Mgr. Ladislav Koubek MBA

CEO, consultant


I am the founder and CEO of CANONADA. I work as a consultant and advisor in the field of strategic management. I studied law and psychology at Masaryk University in Brno and strategic management at Nottingham Trent University. I have worked as an HR director and have long been involved in all employment and employment law related issues.


Lecturer section

Mgr. Jakub Šindler

I graduated in psychology at Masaryk University in Brno and I started my professional career in helping professions (helpline, work with at-risk youth). Simultaneously, I was involved in designing and implementing development activities in the field of soft skills, and from there it was just a step to conducting trainings and HR consulting. Since 2008, I have trained in a number of companies, with most of my experience being in the areas of client communication, presentation and people management. I have also been coaching and doing business development since 2011. In my spare time I enjoy outdoor sports, board games and my two sons.


Mgr. Milan Košdy

As a lecturer for more than 10 years I have been working on topics mainly in the field of management competence development, recruitment and adaptation of employees or business skills and customer orientation. In addition to lecturing, I also work as a coach. I graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University. Gradually, in the positions of Training and Development Manager, Training Coach or Director of a recruitment agency, I gained experience both in local organizations and multinational corporations. Recently, apart from the field of staff development and strategic changes in organizations, I have been mainly fulfilling my role as a father of my almost two-year-old son.


Ing. Radka Minaříková, CPC


I am a certified coach and trainer. I have been in the human resources field for thirteen years. I am a heart-centered person who loves to push others and myself further, I love life and its daily challenges. I love working with people and I can't imagine working anywhere else, it's a wonderful feeling when you see people's progress directly. It's the best feedback you can get. I love the creativity in my work and when I can see that what I'm doing is meaningful. In my personal and professional life, I work a lot with my intuition, which always gives me good advice.  I know from my experience that we can become anyone, have, or do anything we want once we truly control our minds, are open, willing, and ready to work at it.


Ing. Vladimíra Ryzáková

I am a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava. I have been working in the field of human resources for 20 years. I have worked as an HR manager in various companies and industries (aviation, healthcare, automotive, banking), where, in addition to HR strategy and its connection to a comprehensive strategy, I have focused on reviewing and setting up HR processes or the application of labour law in practice. 


Ing. Lenka Kandrnálová

I'm a graduate of the University of Economics. Working with people is really fulfilling and meaningful for me. I have been responsible for sales, purchasing, production in senior positions. Managerially and humanly, what pushed me the most was the rehabilitation of the company over three years, the hard fight to save 170 jobs. I built up a functioning HR department in multinational companies. I also appreciate my part in building a strong sales team for Ytong (Xella) in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.


Mgr. Šárka Pokorná (Oplatková)

I graduated from the Faculty of Social Studies of the Masaryk University in Brno in psychology/media studies. In 2007-2010 I worked as a psychologist and lecturer (Assessment centres, Development centres, trainings, teambuilding). Since 2010 I have been working as a psychologist at the Help Me Educational Care Centre, where I work with children with behavioural disorders and their families, as well as in individual and group counselling and therapeutic work. I have worked with the Probation Mediation Service as a group leader for juvenile offenders of violent crimes. As a lecturer, I mainly focus on communication topics, I train teachers, social workers, but also corporate communication, work with clients, etc. I teach externally at Masaryk University in Brno.


Filip Masopust, MBA

I studied physics and statistics at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and strategic management at Nottingham Trent University. I have worked as a purchasing director for major Czech manufacturing companies in the chemical and wood processing industries and as a purchasing director for several countries in a facility company. As CEO I developed an international engineering and automotive company. I am currently working in a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. I have long been involved in all issues related to corporate strategy, international business and process change.


Mgr. Jaroslav Páviš

I have built two staffing companies. I reorganized the recruitment team at Česká spořitelna and implemented a number of new activities so that the bank would be able to respond to the shortage of people. I helped to implement and set up an internal AC implementation system in the savings bank and helped to set up an internal AC selection system in several other companies. I collaborated on a project aimed at creating a competency model for graduate engineering students and recommending the development of training programs.


Legal section

Mgr. Lukáš Kursa

Specialist in employment law, debt recovery and debt management


I studied law at Masaryk University in Brno. After graduation I worked as a law clerk, then since 2006 I have been working as an in-house lawyer in a leasing company within one of the largest financial groups in the Czech Republic. I am responsible for providing general legal advice to internal clients. I have also been involved in debt recovery and management issues for a long time.


Mgr. Anna Drgová

Intellectual and Industrial Property Specialist

In my practice I manage to connect law with the world of information technology. I use my knowledge from studies at Masaryk University Law School, WIPO Academy in Geneva and the Institute of the Industrial Property Office at KMH Legal in designing licensing solutions, industrial rights protection and personal data protection. I am also involved in the taxation of intellectual property transactions. I am the co-author of the handbook Taxation of Cryptocurrencies. I am currently studying the LLM program Law and Technology at the University of Tilburg.


Mgr. Ján Kvietok

Specialist not only in IT law

I studied law at Masaryk University in Brno. I worked in a leading Czech law firm BBH and then in a project-oriented boutique law firm RD Legal, where I focused mainly on commercial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. Currently I work as a corporate lawyer in a major Czech IT company, where I focus mainly on commercial law, IT and software law, data protection and public procurement law.


Mgr. Aleš Koubek

Advocate

I am a graduate of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law. During my studies I worked as an intern in a law firm, where I worked as a trainee after passing the state exam. Subsequently, I worked for 8 years as a lawyer at the Constitutional Court, where I participated in deciding on constitutional complaints. Currently, I am again practicing law as a partner at KMH Legal. My entire professional life has been devoted to civil and commercial law.
